Set default URL rewirte template

Hello,

Please how can I set a default URL rewirte template for NGINX for all existing and new domains.
I only use WordPress and need to set every time the domain, click on Config and add that URL rewirte.
I just need to avoid this step if possible.

If you use a one-click deployment plugin to create wordpress, it will automatically add

if you change url rewrite on config website, you must restart webservice

And can I make a bash/script, because one-click deployment, it is extraordinarily good but it does not install the latest version of WP just 5.4
