Permission Changed After Deploy changes

First, thanks for this amazing panel.

I'm using GitHub actions to deploy the website into the server, and I'm using aapnel as an admin panel.

When I Deploy updates from my local machine to the server I noticed permission changes from www to mysql every time and this is not from one server or two when I'm using aapanel and not from one local machine too.

I double-check the permission local and on GitHub ...

Any help will be much appreciated.

This is an old post with no reply, hope someone from AAPanel replies to the issue.
I am having the same type of issue. I am using AAPanel 6.8.13.
In my case I have multiple sites on my server with each site having some files with execute permission enabled.
Whenever I upload a new site (archived) and extract it, permission of files with execute permission in all sites is disabled automatically.
