It is recommended that you use DNS verification. Is this a solution? Add according to the prompts.

The IP you entered for your domain is a private IP not a public IP . The SSL requires public access to the website so your SSL can be validated through a file or in your case verification CNAME record.
The error says it clearly - Error code: DNS problem: NXDOMAIN means domain has no DNS connection to the public.
Change the domain IP to the public server IP and make sure it has the TXT record for the SSL name: _acme-challenge.pdfmastersuite.com TXT RECORD VALUE: the one written in Verify content:
