so I'm trying to get aapanel to work in docker but i did the docker pull aapanel/aapanel:lib and then went to the IP and nothing happens.
docker help.
im testing this out in hyper V

aaPanel_thisyear then how does it work after I run the first command it doesn't do anything.
aaPanel_thisyear UPDATE: its started after giving it more ram 
The issue now is that it won't load on any browser.
update: i ran the bt start command in the docker container still nothing
