OpenLiteSpeed 403 error on new domain

Hey there,
I'm getting 403 in a new added domain (trying to migrate it from different host),
i've tried to reinstall php version, change the version (7.3 is the default, changed to 7.2 but having the same), delete/rename .htaccess file

nothing of the above helped out,
all of the working websites are subdomains of this domain (dunno if that should affect tho),
i've got the problem fixed before by switching from php 7.4 to 7.3 but nothing working now

if @aaPanel_Jose could (or any forum staff member) take a look would be great 🙂

Hello, 403 permission error, check whether the permission of the site root directory is 755 and whether the group to which the site directory belongs is www

aaPanel_thisyear The permissions are well configured for both files and folders as well as the group owner,

i don't know how to fix this properly
but on past, when i have this problem. i do

restart OLS
Reinstall it if the restart didn't work
restart server
delete all dns record on your domain provider (i suggest to change it into something different, or like... parking dns, so your previous dns change) if this change shown the new parking sites, then bind/connect it again to aapanel this should work
last... sad solution, Reinstall fresh new aapanel,

on my case, i have 4 website and 2 of it, using the 4th solution... the one is using last solution (i still don't know what the cause of this), and last one is restart ols + delete and re-create sites

i hope someone tell me what the cause of this... because my solution not give me enough reason to do it on future 😁

there's no error for now.... i mean... i have them on past... but for now... there's no error yet 🙂
maybe on future i will report it on here if i have any error again

OLS is flawed in aapanel. There must be configuration errors.

I set up an Example-Server for testing: test3.reventor.eu
OLS active: gives an ERROR 500
NGINX active: works
Apache: works

Can anyone explain me whats wrong? I changes no other config, just uninstalled OLS and installed NGINX. When i install OLS again, i get Server Error 500 again.

neotheghost if i not wrong, error 500 only occur when you select wrong php version for your sites.
on me, if the php version is like... 5.3 the sites will shown error 500
but when i setting it php 7.4 the website can run without any problem

and also don't forget to restart all. include server, maybe some setting get stucked
last things to do is uninstall nginx, and apache first before you install OLS

from very start using AAPanel i always using OLS XD so that's what i can do when the error appear... if you already have OLS working, i think you shouldn't edited or configure it anymore
because some error will make you do alot of things to fix that

Hello,

Apparently is a bug. Vhosts are not working with OLS. Only the first website added is working. If I uninstall OLS and install Apache or Nginx, the others websites work as well.

Looking for the logs, I noticed that access to the sites (except the first domain added) are all being directed to the default page. That is why error 403 is occurring. There is no file in the default folder. In other words, vhost is not working.

After the last update of the panel, when adding a new domain, the map entry is not created correctly.

Repair steps

Click on the panel Fix button
Delete the website (do not tick delete data)
Recreate the website

If your website is too many or cannot be repaired in this way, please send the temporary login link of the panel to jose@aapanel.com and I will repair it manually for you

I had already tried all the options suggested by colleagues here. Except this one. Corrected it manually according to your suggestion it worked perfectly. The 80.conf file configuration is being generated incorrectly in version 6.8.7 of aaPanel. I upgraded to 6.8.8 now and I will look at the next added websites to see if it is fixed.

JAY mabe there's still some unknown hole on the aapanel, nginx and apache also old things on webhosting, so maybe on past, those but already fixed and now it won't appear again....

for OLS, this is more younger than those both, so maybe the bug also present
